Your price is FOB Semarang, what is FOB Semarang mean? |
|
FOB (Free on Board) Semarang, Mean our price already including the packaging and delivery the product until Semarang port, mean while the container fee and the shipping fee from Semarang port Indonesia to the costumer address become the buyers responsible. |

What is the minimum order? And how to order the furniture? |
|
Our minimum order is a 20 foot container.
To order: |

Please contact us with your order list and specification, or let us know your requirement and we will submit the quotation price; |
b. |
After you happy with our quotation, we will send the proforma invoice (PI) via email or fax to you; |
c. |
Then, you need to sign the PI and return the authorized PI together with bank deposit confirmation/Telegraphic Transfer receipt (Initial down payment 30% of the total order is required) to us via email or fax. |

How many days to get the order completed? |
|
The order will be ready to be shipped within 30 - 45 days after we received the document confirmation during summer season (March – August).
In the raining season (September – February) the order is ready to shipped within 45 - 60 days. |
